Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit team of kind and cool creatives working in our Denver headquarters with a variety of exciting clients. The Motion Graphics Designer position includes limited travel to interesting locations while on-site for events. A qualified candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design and animation in an ad agency or production studio environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, committed, and a dedicated team player. Candidates must submit a digital portfolio in addition to their application to be considered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, or a comparable field
  • 3+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design, and/or art direction
  • Creative content design experience including After Effects/Motion Graphics, Video Editing/Production, Web Banners, and Graphics
  • Proficient in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
  • Comfortable working in non-traditional screen sizes
  • Ability to track multiple files and maintain version control with fast-paced revision requests
  • Excel in creating video/artwork that applies strategic marketing/branding for multiple brands
  • 3D modeling/rendering experience is a plus
  • Audio experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
  • Experience preparing final video products for client upload
  • Able to self-manage, work independently, and meet client expectations and deadlines
  • Life-long learning spirit with a hunger to take on new challenges
  • Must embody the Unbridled brand and culture: character, change, credibility, and community

Responsibilities

  • Animate and edit full show packages for live events, including opens, transitions, title sequences, looping backgrounds, etc.
  • Storyboard and develop concepts for various unique motion content pieces
  • Animate, design, concept, and edit short-form content pieces
  • Properly navigate compression and format needs for live broadcast, web, emails, etc.
  • Possess superior design skills, with an ability to tell a story visually in a wide variety of styles and aesthetics
  • Ability to adapt to various company brands and represent each in their voice and style
  • Manage ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Travel 6-10 times a year for 5-7 days at a time as an on-site animator for final edits and renders
