Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and a proven ability to deliver impactful designs for a retail/lifestyle brand in Central Manchester. In this role, you will take the lead on visual storytelling across multiple exciting in-house brands, overseeing the creation of high-quality visuals for both digital and print mediums. You will collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to shape the creative vision, craft campaign visuals, and refine brand identities, ultimately influencing how the brands engage and inspire their audiences. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of graphic design experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead role.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and colour theory.

• Experience designing for both digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print production.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.

• A track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

• Previous experience working across diverse industries or brand styles is a bonus.
