Role: Senior Designer

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester (Hybrid)

Hours: 8.45 am – 5.15 pm, Monday to Friday

Package: Up to £40,000

As a Senior Designer, you’ll lead and mentor the design team, setting the creative standard and shaping the trajectory of the brand during a crucial growth stage.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong experience in Figma, After Effects, and email builders.

• Proven experience in digital and print design, with a portfolio showcasing scroll-stopping social content and polished presentations.

• A sharp eye for branding, demonstrating consistent and impactful brand identity.

• UX design expertise, combining aesthetics with user-friendly functionality.

• Leadership skills with experience in mentoring designers and inspiring a team.

• Strong creative vision and the ability to turn ideas into reality.

• Flair for motion design, with experience in After Effects or similar tools being highly desirable.

• Growth mindset, open to feedback, and thrive on collaboration.
