Job Description

The role is part of the Global Brand Team based in our Berlin studio. As an expert in graphic design with significant experience, you will maximize the potential and creative output of the global design team. Your responsibilities include growing the team’s skills, identifying individual strengths and weaknesses, and improving collaboration and deliverables. Acting as a bridge between the design team and cross-functional teams, you will work closely with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Creative, and Customer Insights. This position reports to the Design Lead. You will make decisions based on customer and business insights, oversee project aspects efficiently, and advocate for creativity while meeting business objectives.

You should bring impressive design and problem-solving skills while possessing teamwork abilities like communication, accountability, and adaptability. Your contributions will support the growth of our six brands across 18 markets, and we are interested in candidates who can enhance HelloFresh.

Requirements

• Senior professional with 7+ years of experience; agency experience is a massive plus.

• A strong portfolio of award-winning work (both ATL and BTL).

• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.

• Experience in AfterEffects, Firefly, and Midjourney.

• Performance-oriented mindset.

• Strong skills in typography, design systems, and visual storytelling.

• Collaborative personality, able to make decisions and be accountable.

• Capable of managing stakeholders in an international setting.

• Ability to set and maintain processes and structures.

• Comfortable with communication and negotiation with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with JIRA or other project management systems.

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.

• Great communicator and highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence.

• Strong conceptual thinking abilities.
