Job Description

The role is part of the Global Brand Team based in Berlin, where you will maximize the potential and creative output of the global design team. You will contribute to team skill development, identify individual strengths and weaknesses, and improve teamwork, collaboration, and deliverables. As a bridge between the design team and cross-functional teams, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Creative, and Customer Insights, reporting to the Head of Design.

You are skilled in making decisions based on customer and business insights, as well as current design trends. You will oversee project aspects efficiently while leveraging creativity to meet business objectives. Key skills include impressive design and problem-solving capabilities, innovation, people management, communication, accountability, collaboration, adaptability, active listening, and empathy. Your contribution will support the growth of the six brands across 18 markets.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Senior professional with 7+ years’ experience in creative leadership; agency experience is a plus.
• A strong portfolio of award-winning work (both ATL and BTL).
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Experience with Firefly and Midjourney.
• Ability to forecast and plan creative resources grounded in data.
• Connect creative execution and measure them against business strategy.
• Budget planning and management experience.
• Understanding of testing setups and optimization.
• Performance-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative personality with accountability in decision-making.
• Ability to manage stakeholders in an international environment.
• Experience in leading and developing a high-performing design team.
• Ability to set and maintain processes and structures.
• Comfortable communicating and negotiating with Executive Stakeholders.
• Experience with JIRA or other project management systems.
• Conceptual thinking skills.
