Job Description

Breakout Room, MBM’s creative production and social studio, is seeking a Creative Lead (Art Director) to join their team. The studio specializes in storytelling and creative solutions that bridge traditional agency models and modern marketing. The role entails leading creative projects from ideation to execution, producing content across various platforms including social, digital, experiential, and traditional media. The Creative Lead will collaborate with a network of freelancers and production partners to deliver standout campaigns and content that resonate with audiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Creative Lead role should possess the following:

• Strong ideation, art direction, and production experience.
• Ability to create campaigns with impeccable storytelling and craft.
• Experience in crafting TVCs, PR campaigns, and social content.
• Proficient in articulating ideas both written and verbally.
• Creative thinker with practical production experience.
• Agency experience with a desire to apply knowledge across content platforms.
• Creatively ambitious and capable of pushing boundaries.
• Familiarity with social, cultural, and design trends.
