Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and Director of Social, Creative and Influencer to shape our creative vision and deliver transformative results. You will act as a liaison between the creative team and other departments, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities to unlock bold, integrated campaign solutions.

Your responsibilities will include uncovering creative opportunities across the business, collaborating with strategy and activation teams to inspire seamless applications of creativity. You will also work with product, growth, and marketing teams to secure dream clients and provide thought leadership.

Additional duties involve leading project costing exercises, translating business objectives into actionable creative strategies, overseeing the development of diverse creative executions (including video, PR, and social), and supporting content-led services to deliver standout ideas and visuals. You will coordinate with external partners, agencies, and freelancers to enhance internal capabilities when necessary.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Design / Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced, performance marketing creative environment. Proven experience in creative development and production is essential.

You should have a track record of leading and mentoring multidisciplinary design teams, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and innovative projects. A solid understanding of design principles, storytelling, and branding across multiple mediums is required.

You must also have experience liaising with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful outcomes.
