Job Description

Requirements

We are looking for a Designer who is enthusiastic, conceptual, proficient in design, and motivated to create meaningful work. The ideal candidate will be part of a small but fast-growing local team with the backing of a larger agency network. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering strong conceptual ideas across various channels, such as OOH, TV, digital, social, brand activations, promotions, and experiential.
• Contributing to new business through pitch work and proactive initiatives.
• Owning the visual identity of clients and minimizing visual errors.
• Creating and updating style guides, branding elements, original graphics, icons, illustrations, and some animation.
• Contributing to team building initiatives and fostering team culture.
• Adhering to project deadlines with expected delivery at 100% as defined in project schedules.

The candidate should be a strong conceptual thinker with fresh ideas, proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design, and capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and clients. A meticulous eye for detail, understanding of artistic and typographic fundamentals, and the ability to sketch ideas clearly are essential. Digital knowledge, especially in UX, is a plus, as are skills in animation, illustration, video editing, and 3D building. Experience as a Designer in a marketing/advertising agency, along with a relevant portfolio, is required.
