Job Description

Puffco is seeking a Graphic Design expert to enhance and advance the Puffco brand. The role involves providing design leadership for product launch campaigns, social accounts, experiential events, and innovative competitive work beyond the cannabis space. Collaborating with the Creative Director and Art Directors, the designer will create compelling designs across various consumer touchpoints, including both print and digital interfaces. The position demands the evolution and scaling of brand design systems while solving complex design problems with elegant solutions.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in graphic design.
• An online portfolio is mandatory; no PDF submissions will be accepted.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with After Effects and Premiere is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of type and EULA’s for proper solution implementation.
• Experience with UX/UI design or collaboration with UX/UI teams.
• Creative problem solver and strategic thinker with enthusiasm and fresh ideas.
• Able to handle high-volume versioning and produce a broad range of design approaches.
• Desire to grow design skills within a collaborative, energetic team culture.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with efficient project management.
• Cultural awareness and a keen eye for how external interests inform design aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Refine existing brand aesthetics across all platforms.
• Create Hero Image Art, including photo and digital posters for new products.
• Design cohesive social media posts and direct response campaigns.
• Engage in print and packaging design.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including Facebook and Instagram ads (both static and motion).
• Manage affiliate and display advertising.
• Implement responsive web design and landing page/email design.
