Job Description

As a Web Producer, you will build, edit, and update webpages in PowerSchool’s WordPress environment. Your role will involve drafting pages that have been written, designed, and reviewed by our Content and Digital Marketing Teams. These pages are aligned with PowerSchool’s key objectives, making the website as useful and effective as possible for our consumers.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Use WordPress to create drafts of key landing pages, blogs, and resources that attract, inform, and connect with PowerSchool’s key personas around the globe.
• Maintain the library of web images, videos, and attachments within WordPress.
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as agencies, printers, and event planners, to support campaign activities.
• Ensure that all public-facing webpages align with the brand’s tone and visual identity.
• Stay updated on marketing standards and practices, particularly on user privacy and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Requirements

To be considered for and perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to meet the following qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant production experience using WordPress or similar technology.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, including web page production, search engine optimization, and web analytics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
