Job Description

Puffco is looking for a Graphic Design expert to help push the Puffco brand forward. The role requires experienced design leadership to aid in product launch campaigns, social media accounts, experiential events & activations, and creating competitive and innovative designs beyond the cannabis space. The designer will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Art Directors to develop compelling designs across a range of media, from print assets to digital interfaces, while finding innovative ways to evolve and scale the brand design systems.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience

• Must have an online portfolio to apply, no PDFs

• Strong abilities in the Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID); After Effects and Premiere experience is a huge plus.

• Experience with type and EULAs to properly implement solutions.

• Experience with UX/UI design or working with UX/UI teams.

• Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas.

• Comfortable versioning in high volume and solving for the brief with multiple approaches.

• Excited to grow design skills in a collaborative environment with a lively team culture.

• Detail-oriented and extremely organized.

• Ability to multitask and manage bandwidth efficiently.

• Cultural Player: Interests outside work help inform your aesthetic and identity, with a keen eye on industry trends.

Additional Information

This hybrid role is based out of Puffco’s Los Angeles HQ, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000, with individual compensation determined based on experience and skillset.
