Studio & Creative Lead

Birmingham – 4 days from home/1 day in office

Up to £40,000

Pitch is thrilled to be supporting this global B2B wholesaler in the electrical and renewables industry as they look to find a talented Studio and Creative Lead. Sitting in the brand team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of creative assets required by the business to support their network of stores across the UK. The role requires someone who has the skills as a conceptual creative designer, but who can also manage workflow through agency partners, much in the same way as a Studio Manager would.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create assets for social media, website, email, events.
• Brief agencies to deliver larger projects such as catalogues and product collateral.
• Create templates to be accessed and used at local branch level.
• Take full responsibility for the brand and ensure all creative assets are within brand guidelines.

Requirements

• You’ll have worked in a creative agency or as part of an in-house design team previously.
• You must be a conceptual designer as well as being comfortable art-working templates.
• Your experience will be across digital and print design, with a bias more heavily focused on digital.
• You’ll have experience of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Project management skills, able to plan, schedule and oversee multiple creative projects on time and on budget.
• Mac or Windows experience.
