Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• A high-quality portfolio that speaks for itself, showcasing stunning and thoughtful graphic design skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in a core graphic design role.
• Highly proficient in Figma & Photoshop, with skills in photo manipulation, post-processing, and making edits in Photoshop.
• Proficient in Midjourney and/or similar AI image-generation tools.
• A keen eye for applying brand aesthetics and art direction to various types of visuals, with a commitment to refining the output.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to design your ideas/vision and communicate them visually.

Responsibilities

As a graphic designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Producing visuals for the in-app content for our décor services and products.
• Using generative AI tools to aid your work, speed up workflow, and iterate quickly.
• Working on multiple projects, including in-house branding, high-end magazine spreads, packaging, teasers, video assets, launch events, and more.
• Being part of the core design team of Home Décor.
