Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• A high-quality portfolio that showcases stunning and thoughtful graphic design skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in a core graphic design role.
• Highly proficient in Figma and Photoshop, including skills in photo manipulation and post-processing.
• Proficient in Midjourney and/or similar AI image-generation tools.
• A keen eye for applying brand aesthetics and art direction across various visuals, with a commitment to refining outputs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to design and effectively communicate ideas visually.

Responsibilities

As a core team member, you will:

• Produce visuals for in-app content related to our décor services and products.
• Utilize generative AI tools to enhance your workflow and iterate quickly (tools will be provided by the company).
• Engage in multiple projects including in-house branding, high-end magazine spreads, packaging, teasers, video assets, launch events, and more.
• Contribute to shaping the future of the Urban Company app’s graphics and content.
