Job Description

John Maniscalco Architecture is an award-winning design firm focused on the creation of thoughtfully crafted, rigorously detailed modern residences. The firm is looking for a Designer to join the team, who will participate in all phases of project development, from conceptual design to construction documents and administration. This position is available immediately and will require the individual to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-office and at-home work days while promoting collaboration and exploration in the studio process.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university

Experience: 2-5 years experience in architectural firms

Skills: Excellent spatial and design sense; preparation of both presentation and working drawings with experience in detailing and material/finish specification (Type V); strong capabilities in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, 3D modeling, and Photoshop; excellent verbal, written, organizational, and management skills.
