The Partner Enablement Content Specialist (Digital Content Producer) is responsible for the creation and continuous improvement of Partner Enablement content. This role encompasses a blend of multimedia content development, strategic content framework design, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the global Pax8 partner experience. By crafting insightful and technical content across various platforms, and engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Partner Enablement Content Specialist plays a crucial part in advancing the success rate of our partners. This role will be based in Makati, Philippines, in a hybrid working environment.

Requirements

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create in-depth business, technical, and vendor-focused content, including eLearning courses, videos, and other multimedia to support the Partner Enablement team’s initiatives.
• Partner with various Pax8 teams and departments to gather insights, stories, and data for content development.
• Regularly review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance while identifying optimization opportunities.
• Work directly with vendors to gather information and develop training content while representing the company to ensure impact and alignment with business growth objectives.
