Job Description

Your main duties in flying with us include supporting business needs by producing and delivering creative content for the Performance Marketing team across all channels, including Google, Meta, IG, and CRM (Email, Push notifications, Pop-up, etc.). You will also be responsible for producing all necessary creative assets, working with Users to understand business objectives and job requirements within the required deadline. Collaboration with Users to execute creative designs with innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance while providing improvements as needed is essential. Additionally, you will develop prototypes from approved concepts and ideas and coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as the Brand Marketing Team, for the creation of promotional material.

Requirements

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare include:

• Final year university student or fresh graduate with ample experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; skill in video editing is a plus.
• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively.
• Ability to take feedback and implement changes quickly.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Available for 6 months and dedicated to freelance work.
