Job Description

The Philadelphia Eagles is an innovative organization in professional sports, known for its passion, dedication, and commitment both on and off the field. The organization focuses on making a community impact, including programs like the Eagles Autism Foundation and Eagles Cares, while also emphasizing environmental leadership through the Go Green Program. The Graphic Design Associate will assist the design team in various design projects and manage the Philadelphia Eagles Brand at their premier facilities, the NovaCare Complex and Lincoln Financial Field.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be a recent graduate or military veteran, having completed a technical, associate, bachelorโ€™s, or graduate degree within the last eighteen months.
  • Strong knowledge in the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (After Effects and Lightroom are a plus, but not required).
  • Must digitally submit a portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills.
  • Strong visual and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design: Assist the design team in creating logos, brochures, invitations, magazine ads, posters, social graphics, stadium videoboard graphics, billboards, etc.
  • Production: Clip photos, color treat images, resize marketing ads, and create pitch deck mock-ups.
  • Project Collaboration: Work with the creative team on project execution from idea to finish.
  • Development: Willingness to learn and develop new skills outside of comfort zones.

Additional Information

  • This is a non-exempt, temporary, seasonal position.
  • Eligible for a $1,000 stipend for those relocating or traveling outside of a 50-mile distance.
