Join Us as a PT Social Media Manager & Personal Brand Manager at Life Balance Chiropractic. We are looking for someone passionate about personal branding, storytelling, and content strategy who can help grow our social media presence from 1K to 50K+ real followers. At Life Balance Chiropractic, we focus on enabling our community to make better decisions regarding their health while providing world-class chiropractic care.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading social media campaigns that contribute to healthier and happier communities, working closely with our team and creating engaging content. We prioritize a mission-driven culture, aiming to enrich human connections and create joy.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy and Planning: Refine and manage our content strategy, create a content calendar, and document client journeys, ensuring alignment with our brand values.
- Influencer & Content Creators Collaboration: Work with local influencers to enhance content quality, manage relationships, and negotiate pricing.
- Content Production & Scheduling: Collaborate with the content team to create, schedule and ensure high-quality video content.
- Engagement, Analytics, and Reporting: Develop engagement strategies, analyze social media performance, and provide detailed reports.
- Budget Management: Oversee the social media budget to ensure resource allocation effectively meets goals.
Desired Qualities:
- 2+ years of experience in social media for a service-based DTC brand, agency, or personal account.
- Exceptional copywriting & storytelling skills.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with innovative ideas for content creation.
- Experience working with influencers and managing content partnerships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- High urgency, entrepreneurial work ethic, and resourcefulness.
- Coachable with willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and copywriting.
- Meticulous and data-driven approach to performance tracking and improvement.
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, retail, or consumer goods is a plus.
