Contract: Full Time, Freelance

We are looking for freelance Lighting Designers in our Barcelona-based studio to expand our network of collaborators. We are looking for team players open to a changing environment and experimental implementations beyond traditional stage work. You will be required to manage suppliers, create stage plots, and propose creative uses of light fixtures in coordination with our creative team. We are willing to expand our network for mainly Barcelona-based projects, but also international ones (especially in Germany and the UK). We see this position as a collaborative process to grow a long-term work relationship.

Requirements

• Fluent in Catalan/Spanish and English (a +)
• Skilled in programming software with knowledge of lighting hardware and communication protocols.
• Familiarised with other communication languages like MIDI, ARTNET or OSC; and interested in workflows with Ableton, Touch Designer or Resolume… Arena.
• Responsible and Respectful, Proactive, Curious and Collaborative individual.
• Availability for travelling.
