Job Description
Our marketing team is looking for a creative self-starter in Northwest Arkansas to edit content and manage our social media accounts. If you have creative editing skills, an eye for social media trends, and a good sense of organic brand building we’d love to work with you!
Responsibilities:
- Work with our Marketing Director and other members of the content team to develop social media and digital marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns that align with business goals
- Analyze the company’s social media and digital marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns to identify weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets for social media campaigns (e.g. comments, shares, likes) and measure campaign performance against the KPIs
- Analyze KPIs to identify trends in audience and customer engagement to help plan campaigns that build brand loyalty
- Research social media trends and channels to inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Use social media marketing tools and channels to build and maintain the company’s audience, customer base, and brand
- Create, edit, publish and distribute engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Interact with audience and customers, monitor customer reviews, and respond to queries in a timely manner using the company’s social media accounts and social monitoring tools
- Identify and communicate with potential brand partners (influencers, creators, and brands)
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with current design and social media technologies, tools, and applications
Requirements
- 2+ years experience running and maintaining social media accounts for brands
- 2+ years experience using various social media platforms, specifically, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- 2+ years experience creating content for social media channels in various formats: Short and long form video, static images, graphics, gifs, etc.
- 2+ years experience with design tools such as Canva to update, finalize, and output graphics
- Ability to produce and distribute creative content (text, images, graphics, and videos)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Knowledge and curiosity for current and new online marketing channels

- This role is 90% remote with 10% in-person working requirements
- This is currently a part-time, contract position
