Job Description

Motion is a fast-growing company that has raised $6M in seed funding. They are building a new category of software to bridge the gap between performance marketers and creative teams. They are looking for a part-time brand designer to help execute a wide range of design tasks including event branding, social media content, landing pages, and YouTube thumbnails. This is a contract position and can be done remotely from anywhere.

Requirements

• Senior design experience with an exceptional eye for detail
• Ability to deliver high-quality design work with little supervision, including designing landing pages, social ads, visuals for social, branding and images for virtual events, YouTube thumbnails, and other small design tasks
• Proficiency in Figma, Slack, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Illustration skills to design elements unique to the brand

Additional Information

• Contract/freelance position
• 10 hours per week to start
• Portfolio submission is required, including samples of social posts, typesetting, landing pages, web examples, blog visuals or content marketing assets, and custom icons and illustrations
• Cover letter is optional, portfolio samples and LinkedIn profile link are emphasized
• Rate is negotiable and hours are flexible
