Social Media Manager is needed in Mill Valley, United States.

Job Description:

• Video and photo content creation: shoot and edit short form videos and still photos for SM platforms (IG/Tik Tok, website) ensuring a concise and captivating result that captures our target audience
• Video production: consider lighting, composition, and audio quality. Ability to infuse the videos with graphics, text overlay, great transitions
• Posting: actual posting of content with caption creation on SM platforms
• Creating and sending email blast/promos: creating email blasts on constant contact to send to entire patient base about cosmetic promos
• Creating in-office fliers and visually engaging promotions and product displays
• Create and send email newsletters and blogs via ChatGPT, embedded with strategic CTAs

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years experience working with a Medspa, Dermatology, or Plastics Office
• Portfolio showcasing successful videos and photos
• A solid grasp of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices/timing for creating engaging content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
• A creative mind that’s always brewing up fresh ideas and solutions
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing priorities
• Passion for fast-paced, dynamic environment

Additional Information:

• Zand Dermatology is located in Mill Valley, Marin County, adjacent to 101 freeway, 10 min drive from San Francisco, 40 min from Berkeley. Free parking is available.
• This is a part-time position with flexibility to work one-two days per week.
• The compensation ranges from $25-45 per hour depending on years of social media/marketing experience and a proven track record.
• Employees have access to free cosmetic procedures like botox and fillers, lasers, chemical peels, microneedling, as well as 40% off skin care products and free full-size samples.
