Job Description

Idea Rebel is seeking a Freelance Digital Designer with a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to produce top-notch digital products within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated problem solver dedicated to their work, possessing a deep understanding of typography, UI, illustration, photography, and digital culture. Collaboration with a small team and reporting to the Creative Director is a key aspect of this role, requiring a friendly, enthusiastic, and organized individual.

Requirements

Applicants must have an undergraduate degree in Design or related field, or equivalent visual design experience, along with 2-3 years of industry experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating interest and experience in digital design is essential. Proficiency in typography, illustration, photography, and an understanding of user-centred design methods is necessary. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are required. Candidates must be Canadian residents or possess a work permit, have expertise in macOS and Adobe creative tools, and familiarity with Sketch and InVision tools is advantageous.
