The role involves contributing to and leading the development of various visual communication projects, with a focus on identities, brand roll-outs, and websites. The designer should excel in technical software proficiency and detail-oriented design tasks, setting a high standard for others. Creativity, strategic interpretation, participation in design critiques, and time management across multiple projects are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have 5–6 years of experience in leading visual identity, website, editorial, and spatial projects from concept to completion. They should possess excellent organizational skills, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, along with expertise in graphic design principles, Adobe Creative Suite, presentation software, and Figma. Nice-to-have skills include experience with wayfinding systems, motion design, video editing, and design strategy.
