Job Description

Instinctif Partners Africa is looking for a SENIOR MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER to join our Digital, Content, and Creative team. The role is based in the heart of Rosebank and follows a hybrid working model. The position is permanent.

As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you will provide creative support across various practice areas at Instinctif Partners Africa through innovative design, collaborative visual strategy, and presentation enhancement. You will be responsible for deepening our brand impact and recognition across markets by producing compelling ideas and concepts that inspire and inform our target audience. This role requires the ability to gather information through research to enhance design and offer quality solutions that adhere to corporate branding.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• A diploma or degree in design or digital marketing (advantageous).
• 5 - 10 years of experience as a digital or multimedia designer in a creative agency or company.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, and After Effects/Premiere Pro.
• Photography and videography skills (beneficial).
• A basic understanding of UX and UI Design (a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceive and oversee various creative projects.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to produce innovative ideas.
• Design content plans and digital assets for a variety of clients.
• Create digital images, video animations, and motion graphics.
• Coordinate and execute multiple design initiatives.
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions and provide feedback to the team.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and media techniques.
