Job Description

TMRW House of Brands (ABFRL) is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer on a contract basis. The designer will be responsible for creating and editing all social media and marketing collateral, including static and video templates. The ideal candidate must be proficient in adobe suite and canva, and should understand how to use Generative AI tools (such as Mid Journey, Firefly, Dall-e) and other relevant editing software, delivering quality visual content consistently. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer is required.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Collaborate with copywriters and the creative lead to produce final designs.
• Amend designs quickly based on feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Meet deadlines provided by the design lead.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience in Adobe Suite and Canva.
• Good knowledge of Generative AI tools (Mid Journey, Firefly, Canva AI).
• Proven graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fashion industry.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
