Job Description

The Visual Designer role contributes to the overall definition and execution of all creative deliverables on our clients’ various platforms, in alignment with the client’s Brand Design System. You will be responsible for defining, evangelizing, and driving the implementation of the overall design vision for products. Your duties will include contributing to visual design principles, maintaining visual design frameworks, and collaborating closely with UX designers, copywriters, design researchers, creative technologists, product owners, and mobile developers. You will also participate in design reviews, ensure quality assurance of all creative deliverables, and stay updated with current design methodologies.

Requirements

1. 3 years + experience in product design or creating digital experiences.

2. Experience prototyping in Figma.

3. Experience working in agile methodologies.

4. Experience with user-centered design and related design disciplines (experience strategy, visual design, UX writing, design research, interaction design).

5. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design abilities.

6. Experience in a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology).

7. Understanding of interactive design and usability principles and how content strategy contributes to user experience.

8. Nice to have: Experience with Financial clients, ADA compliance.
