Job Description

As part of our Personalized Creative team, you will create emotive and conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale for clients like eBay and Ancestry. The role of Motion Designer involves producing video, animation, and digital creative solutions that inspire and engage audiences across various platforms.
This position is a temporary 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce digital animations and video editing.
- Lead multimedia questions and issues within the team.
- Provide constructive feedback on projects.
- Source images and footage for projects.
- Ensure flawless design output and accountability.
- Take briefs from start to finish, including storyboarding and completion.
- Create and own design templates.
- Contribute innovative ideas in creative review meetings.
- Protect brand integrity and manage change effectively.
- Drive project delivery on time to the highest standard.
- Support team members and advocate for DEPT® as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- Experience in an agency context with strong knowledge of brand and creative work.
- Extensive experience with After Effects, Premiere, and the Adobe suite (3D experience is a bonus).
- In-depth knowledge of the animation/video creation process.
- Strong teamwork ethic and motivation.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under demanding deadlines with determination.
- Desire to embrace new skills and challenges.
- Strong client relations skills and ability to pitch ideas.
- Good eye for layout, typesetting, and retouching.
