Job Description

You are a creative and ambitious designer excited to partner with clients in the start-up space and beyond. Ready to create concepts, campaigns, and experiences that push brands further, faster, you possess a deep understanding of brands that connects design and strategy. You will lead multiple projects, deputizing for the Design Director, collaborate with internal experts and clients, and take the lead early on in projects to identify brand magic that helps new ventures succeed. You will inspire clients, identify innovative concepts, and champion disruptive new brands.

Requirements

The Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in design and branding.
• Ability to create and communicate strategy effectively.
• Experience in creating holistic branding concepts and design solutions.
• Articulate visual and verbal communicator, able to partner on pitches and build client presentations.
• Attention to detail and driven by ideas.
• Multidisciplinary and enthusiastic to learn.
• Fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

The Nice to Haves:

• A proficient understanding of Figma, research, and prototyping design tools.
• Solid understanding of UX and design principles.
• Animation skills.
