Become a Freelance Design & Visual for Our Research Team: You will be responsible for designing and formatting reports, whitepapers, presentations, and other content to ensure they are visually appealing, readable, and in line with branding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and format various documents, including reports, whitepapers, and presentations, to ensure a professional, clean, and engaging layout.
• Create visually appealing infographics, charts, and graphs to represent data effectively.
• Apply best practices in typography, color theory, and layout to maintain consistency and readability.
• Ensure all documents follow the company’s branding guidelines, including fonts, colors, logos, and style consistency.
• Prepare final files for both print and digital formats, ensuring they meet the required technical specifications.
• Take feedback from stakeholders and revise designs accordingly.
• Conduct thorough reviews of document designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the highest standards of design and formatting.
• Identify areas for improvement in design processes and implement solutions to streamline workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in document design, layout, or similar roles.
• Proven portfolio showcasing document designs, including reports, whitepapers, and presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint, for document formatting.
• Familiarity with creating infographics, data visualizations, and other content that enhances document readability.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and branding.
• Ability to translate complex data and information into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and revise designs accordingly.
• Proficient in written English is a must.
