Job Description
You are a creative and ambitious designer excited to partner with clients in the start-up space and beyond. You will be responsible for creating concepts, campaigns, and experiences that push brands further, faster. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of brands and can connect design and strategy. You’ll have the experience to recognize the best ideas, the confidence to lead multiple projects, and the ability to collaborate with internal experts and clients. This role allows for growth and ownership as you take the lead early on in projects, inspiring clients, identifying innovative concepts, and championing disruptive new brands.
Requirements
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in design and branding
- Ability to create and communicate strategy effectively
- Experience in creating holistic branding concepts and design solutions
- Articulate visual and verbal communicator, able to partner on pitches and build client presentations
- Attention to detail and driven by ideas
- Multidisciplinary and enthusiastic to learn
- Fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Nice to Haves:
- Proficient understanding of Figma, research, and prototyping design tools
- Solid understanding of UX and design principles
- Animation skills
