Job Description

We are seeking a creative and ambitious designer to partner with clients in the start-up space and beyond. This role involves creating concepts, campaigns, and experiences that push brands further, faster. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brands and the ability to connect design with strategy. You should possess the experience to recognize the best ideas, lead multiple projects, and deputize for the Design Director. Collaboration with internal experts and clients is essential, as you will take the lead early on in projects to uncover brand magic that helps new ventures succeed. You’ll inspire clients, identify innovative concepts, and advocate for disruptive new brands.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in design and branding
• Ability to create and communicate strategy effectively
• Experience in creating holistic branding concepts and design solutions
• Articulate visual and verbal communicator; partner on pitches and build client presentations
• Attention to detail and driven by ideas
• Multidisciplinary and enthusiastic to learn
• Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Nice to Haves:

• Proficient understanding of Figma, research, and prototyping design tools
• Solid understanding of UX and design principles
• Animation skills

Additional Information

You will have the flexibility to work from home for 3 days a week, while 2 days a week require you to come into our Liverpool office. The role includes travel, so a driving license or willingness to use public transport is necessary. We value work-life balance, but there may be occasional needs to meet client deadlines that fall outside of normal office hours (this very rarely happens).
