Job Description
We are looking for a creative and ambitious designer who is excited to partner with clients in the start-up space and beyond. This role involves creating concepts, campaigns, and experiences that push brands further, faster. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brands and the ability to connect design with strategy, leading multiple projects and deputizing for the Design Director. The role requires collaboration with internal experts and clients, with opportunities to inspire clients and champion disruptive new brands.
Requirements
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in design and branding
- Ability to create and communicate strategy effectively
- Experience in creating holistic branding concepts and design solutions
- Articulate visual and verbal communicator; capable of partnering on pitches and building client presentations
- Attention to detail and driven by ideas
- Multidisciplinary and enthusiastic to learn
- Fluent in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Nice to Haves:
- Proficient understanding of Figma, research, prototyping design tools
- Solid understanding of UX and design principles
- Animation skills
