Requirements
Role Summary
As a Designer, you’ll be an original thinker and craftsperson who prioritizes brand consistency. Collaboration with fellow Designers, Art Directors, Writers, and UXers is essential, as you’ll translate creative concepts into engaging designs.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform basic layouts using Sketch, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and/or digital formats.
- Maintain organized brand assets and understand file naming conventions.
- Follow design directions while providing personal design perspectives.
- Ensure quality control throughout all campaign execution phases.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding deadlines and revisions.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Present concept visualizations through sketches and illustrations.
- Develop medical knowledge relevant to primary accounts.
- Interpret clinical study data for effective graphic visualization.
- Understand creative briefs and their significance in project development.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Contribute innovative ideas that align with client marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with internal teams.
- Understand color theory, branding systems, and typography.
- Produce designs for both traditional and digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with other creatives across agency disciplines.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Sketch, Abstract, and design software.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen aesthetic sense.
- Solid computer proficiency and familiarity with word processing programs.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to excel in team environments.
- Problem-solving capacity.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, visual arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an agency setting.
- Portfolio of completed design projects preferred.
