This role will be based in the San Francisco office and will require being in the office three days a week.
In this role, you will work closely with developers, designers, marketers, and operations managers to build new features on the corporate website, www.rippling.com. Your responsibilities will include optimizing the online presence, solving development challenges, and up-leveling functionality related to design systems, experimentation, translation, localization, SEO, data reporting, and CMS self-service processes.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience building dynamic, responsive websites.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Contentful and headless CMS platforms required.
• Fluency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React) and frameworks, especially Next.js.
• Knowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js or Python.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with design tools, such as Figma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to marketers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability with excellent attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: proactive, agile, creative, resourceful, and tenacious in solving problems and achieving team and company goals.
Additional Information
This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity, with the salary for US-based employees ranging from 120,000 - 210,000 USD per year, depending on location.
