This role is for a Designer, responsible for translating creative concepts into engaging designs while collaborating closely with various team members.

Requirements

Role Summary:

• Creative thinker and craftsperson with a strong understanding of brand consistency.
• Ability to work closely with Designers, Art Directors, Writers, and UXers.
• Attention to detail, strong color, typography, and illustrative skills.
• Collaborative problem solver passionate about great design.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform basic layout using Sketch, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Abstract, and other digital formats.
• Organize brand assets and follow standard file naming and folder structures.
• Maintain quality control and adhere to agency processes and brand guidelines.
• Communicate effectively about deadlines, revisions, and quality control.
• Present concept visualizations through sketches and defend design strengths.
• Develop medical knowledge in therapeutic areas and interpret clinical data.
• Create high-quality designs for digital and traditional channels including websites, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with teams.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Sketch, Abstract, and other design software.
• Strong attention to detail with aesthetic preferences for color, fonts, and layouts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving ability and teamwork experience.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, visual arts, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of related experience in an agency setting.
• Portfolio of completed design projects is preferred.
