Job Description

The Designer position is part of ITV’s Commercial Sales team, which is responsible for generating revenue to fund ITV’s programming. The role requires strategic creative thinking and the ability to create striking design solutions that support ITV’s sales propositions and respond to client briefs. The Graphic Designer will uphold a consistent ITV brand presence across all commercial outputs while thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.

The Graphic Designer will work with various software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on presentation design, motion graphics, video editing, creative imagery, and brand design. Additionally, the role includes creating proposal documents, brochures, set installations, presentation props, and room-scale imagery. Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Slides, is essential.

Requirements

To be successful as a Graphic Designer, candidates should possess the following:

• A portfolio demonstrating bespoke pitch design, particularly presentations.
• A high level of understanding and experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and editing skills.
• Prior experience working in a busy environment, ideally in an agency setting.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in creating and maintaining an asset bank.
• Ability to accept creative direction and constructive feedback.
• A passion for TV and the media advertising industry.

Minimum skills criteria include:

• Attached portfolio for consideration.
• Experience in media or dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
