Job Description

At The Boparan Restaurant Group, we are a family-run business with nine diverse brands and over 100 locations. We are looking for a motivated Junior Designer to support the design and development of new restaurant openings. You will work closely with the design team, project managers, and contractors to deliver brand-consistent, visually appealing, and functional environments for our fit-out projects. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to the creation of exceptional restaurant spaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial or retail interior design, preferably in hospitality or food service.

• Familiarity with fast-track fit-out projects is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and FF&E specifications.

• Ability to produce detailed drawings and design documents.

Soft Skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects.

• A team player with excellent communication skills.

Other

• Willingness to travel for site visits and project meetings as needed.

• Passion for restaurant design, trends, and customer experience.
