PLEASE NOTE THIS IS CONTRACTOR ROLE - 3 MONTH POSITION

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Website Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing responsive and dynamic WordPress websites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress websites from mockups, wireframes, and specifications provided by the design team.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Optimise website performance, security, and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality across different devices and browsers.
• Update and maintain existing websites, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for web development.
