Job Description:

As a Digital Designer at Vesper, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring our brand remains consistent and engaging across all channels. You will collaborate with the app and web development team to design and optimize user-friendly app and website interfaces, landing pages, and user experiences. You will also develop digital marketing assets and ensure brand consistency for various digital marketing campaigns. Other responsibilities include creating wireframes and prototypes, producing videos and animations, maintaining brand consistency, collaborating across departments, maintaining design templates, and staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years experience in Digital Design or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency setting
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and creativity
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
• Familiarity with mobile-first web design principles and UX/UI best practices
• Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive design
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development frameworks is a plus
• Experience with video editing and animation tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design trends
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
