Job Description

As an Editor at The EMN Group, you will be responsible for processing and uploading visual content on YouTube and other social media channels. Your main task will be editing the upcoming podcast by Michaël for YouTube. Additionally, you will edit material provided by the Content Manager or directly by Michaël into short, educational, and engaging videos for distribution on various social media platforms. You will also segment the weekly podcast into shorter clips for separate uploads. Due to the crypto-related content, having an affinity for crypto is essential.

As a Visual Designer, your role involves producing and enhancing the visual aspects of content to inform and inspire (potential) customers in the crypto field. This includes designing content for social media channels, websites, newsletters, and other marketing purposes. You will work with the Marketer and Content Manager to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Finally, you will collaborate with the Content Manager and Marketer to enhance content by conducting market research, staying updated on trends, and contributing to content strategy discussions such as creating Instagram Reels or TikToks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with YouTube
• Experience with individuals or companies with a large reach
• Proficiency in Premiere and After Effects
• Affinity with crypto
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and proactive
• Minimum of HBO level of education
• Graphic design proficiency (e.g., Photoshop)
• Excellent communication skills
• Deadline-oriented and organized
• Reside within a commutable distance from Amsterdam
• Ambitious and able to work well in a team

Additional Information

• Initially, the role is for 16 to 20 hours per week (Freelance possible)
• Gross monthly salary ranging from EUR 2,700 to 3,600 based on 40 hours, depending on experience
• 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days
