We are hiring a Digital Designer to join our team in Montreal to support our insurance client. We want Designers who can express their ideas clearly and confidently. This role involves hands-on projects at every stage—from brainstorming creative concepts and developing original content to participating in client presentations and ensuring deadlines are met. We also expect the Digital Designer to mentor junior designers and help shape their personal skills and design perspective.

Designers need to collaborate across disciplines daily, including copywriting, design, and client services, while maintaining high standards for original concepts and detailed execution.

Requirements

• BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent relevant experience

• 3+ years of experience, strong design skills with a focus on digital, with a background in print

• Bilingualism (French/English) is required

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, including (at minimum) Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; PPT (video/motion experience is a plus)

• Production knowledge of digital and print standards and requirements

• Experience working within Adobe Acrobat for review & markups

• Ability to effectively integrate design feedback/critique into work

• Strong communication skills

• Proactive and independent, able to effectively time-manage projects

• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve

• Natural, respectful collaborator across all departments and functions

• Conceptual ability and strong visual aesthetic

• A progressive portfolio of past work

• Motion/Video and illustration experience is an asset
